Project Description
The 125 East Elm Street Office building an infill development which replaces a brownfield site with a striking 5-story brick and glass 41,413-SF structure. The buildings brick facade along Elm street blends in with existing character of the borough and the modern black glass facade along Henry Street identifies with riverfront redeveloment.The building sits atop a two-level, partially subterranean parking deck concealed from the street by arched openings and lobby entrance. This successful infill project revitalizes and enhances the connection between the borough’s downtown and the redeveloping riverfront.
