The Decorative Concrete Council (DCC), a specialty council of the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC), has announced its fifth annual Decorative Concrete Awards. The competition is open to DCC members and non-members. The DCC Decorative Concrete Awards are sponsored by Concrete Construction, Concrete Surfaces, and ARCHITECT, all published by Hanley Wood.

Overlays—Less than 1/4″
Overlays—1/4″ to 2″
Cast-in-place—Stamped
Cast-in-place—Special Finishes
Stained
Polished
Countertops
Vertical application
Concrete artistry
Multiple applications
Graphics
Epoxy/polyaspartic flooring
With the exception of countertops, two awards may be given in each category, for projects of 5,000 square feet and less, and projects of more than 5,000 square feet.
Entries are judged on craftsmanship, aesthetics, functionality, and creativity.
