These Steel framed homes are more durable then wood homes, more energy efficient, stronger since they are steel, and engineered perfectly with CAD Design software. Our CAD designs are ready for fabricators to custom steel mill your project to the exact specifications of our floor plans. Fabricators can deliver all steel framing to your home site and assembled with nuts and bolts on a concrete slab, never using nails or hammers. The steel framing is typically assembled in 24-48 hrs for a 3,000 sq. ft. home. Additional finishing and custom interiors can be done in 1-6 months depending on the size of your project. In addition to Architectural Design, 3D Rendering, and Construction Blueprints, we can offer project management of your home construction with local contractors in your area.
