Our clients desired a chef-class kitchen, quality entertaining spaces inside and out, and office space for two. – The new and stunning kitchen became the focal point with the removal of several walls. Warm walnut cabinets and flooring provide a comfortable backdrop for the sleek appliances and granite countertops. – A linear ORTAL fireplace highlights the adjacent family room. Our clients can watch tv or enjoy the fire from a new low-profile sectional sofa. – Flanked by inviting outdoor living spaces, connections are made via Nana door and wall of doors and windows. Two additional outdoor areas were created, one off the master bath and the grandest atop the West-facing rooftop. – We created a spacious office area with great views, plenty of storage and the potential to host small business meetings. – An opulent but cozy master suite was paramount, so we layered the spaces with warm travertine, eye-catching accent tiles and rich woods.
