Project Description
Extensive alteration and addition to an existing traditional style two-story single family residence. The project is subject to the limitations of the Baseline Hillside Ordinance and the Oak Hillside District requirements. Out team was able to maximize the habitable floor area and to transform the look of the existing house into a transitional style by featuring many modern design elements and revised color scheme.
