Project Description
Under new ownership, 275 Battery Street features an expansive building lobby being redesigned to maximize retail space and provide new tenant amenities. The goal will be to capitalize on recent improvements to the tenant improvements and extend those concepts to the building lobby and exterior entrance to facilitate repositioning the building in the San Francisco real estate market. The renovation design encompasses three phases that include an update to the main building lobby, the addition of a communal lounge and café for building tenants, and the addition of a shared conference center.
