Thermal Pro provide thermal report assessments (6 star energy reports) for residential and commercial buildings as per government requirements to obtain building permits. These include single dwellings and multi-unit residential developments and commercial venues such as schools, offices, and other commercial buildings. Unlike most thermal performance consultants we are registered building surveyors and inspectors that have an intimate knowledge of the building regulations and actual construction requirements. As all energy assessments require approval for the building certification process this is an invaluable asset and network which is a great benefit to our clients that no other company can provide.
